The Postal Scale now display's the correct rate for you to set your meter.  
When rates increase you can update your scale with a replacement rate chip.

SPS-30 is our most popular scale, it is a digital mailing scale that will calculate Postal & UPS  rates to 30 pounds.  This will give the operator the ability to
shop for the best rate available. The Triner TS-30 Is similar in features but
adds International Mail rate calculation by prompting the operator to key in a country code before displaying a rate.  The Transcell SPS-70 is for large mailrooms, it features a large platform and high capacity for ease of use.
